Tottenham Hotspur decided to loan out Cameron Ca꧅rter-Vickers to Scottish giants Celtic last summer and the talented defender has become a star.

Everybody at Spurs knew Carter-Vickers was a player with immense potential but it just never happened for him at the top level in the🔯 Premier League.

The American, now 24, has played just five times for Tottenham’s senior side. Four of those appearances came in cup competitions back in th𒁃e 2016/17 season, when Mauricio Pochettino was still at the helm.

Now at Celtic, Carter-🐎Vickers has finally found a brilliant place for himself, and Antonio Conte’s side have reportedly decided to sell him this summer.

Micah Richards: Cameron Carter-Vickers was outstandingꦍ for Ce♔ltic against Rangers

Carter-Vickers started in his natural centre-🃏half position ♕for Celtic against Rangers in the high-pressure Old Firm derby over the weekend.

The Spur💧s loanee was absolutely brilliant and even managed to score the winner to help the Hoops extend their lead at the top of the table🐈 to six points.

Richar🧔ds, who kept a close eye on the derby, was really impressed with the 24-year-old Tottenham loanee’s performance.

He said on : “I thought ﷺthe two centre-halves were outstanding. E✤specially Carter-Vickers as well, I think he’s been really good in all the games I’ve seen this season.”

Spurs are set to sell him

Celtic have an option to sign Carter-Vickers permanently this summer and it looks like that deal will go thr🐬ough.

Conte doesn’t really have the American in his plans and the fact that Spurs are trying to sign another central defender in the sꦏummer means there’s no place for ꧙the 24-year-old.

claim that the fee could rise to as high as £10 milliꦯon with potential add-ons and Celtic believe that they are the best club for the defender to continue his progression.

It really does look like Carter-Vickers will leave Spurs on a pꦏermanent deal this summer, and we must say, it’s the best deal for all parties involved.
