Eriksen lost possession 22 times against Olympiacos as Tottenham blew a two-goal lead to share the points. Eriksen is usually the midfield technician but his passing accuracy was poor in yesterday’s game.
The 27-year-old has been the subject of major speculation surrounding his future. Real Madrid, Barcelona and Manchester United are among the clubs reportedly eager to sign Eriksen ().
But a move failed to materialise in the summer and Eriksen has stayed at Tottenham. He has previously expressed his desire to leave so fans have been questioning his commitment. And after his latest performance, Mauricio Pochettino will be unimpressed by the midfielder.

Eriksen is out of contract at the end of the season and could sign a pre-contract agreement with a European club from January. But after his Olympiacos display, Spurs fans might want to get rid.
TBR’s view
Eriksen’s form has been patchy since the back end of last season. He clearly has a Tottenham exit on his mind and this is creeping into his game either consciously or subconsciously.
Whatever it is, Eriksen could benefit from a spell on the sidelines. Tottenham are not short of attacking midfielders with Son Heung-Min and Dele Alli back. Eriksen needs some time on the bench now.
