‘Open to Spurs move’: Fabrizio Romano shares transfer update about ‘fantastic’ £50m star

Fabrizio Romano has provided an update on the Richarlison to Tottenham Hotspur state of play.

Spurs are reportedly planning to make a bid for the Everton and Brazil forward in the coming days.

In addition, Tottenham have reportedly been in talks with the Toffees hierarchy over Harry Winks too.

Romano, taking to Twitter, has claimed that Spurs discussed Richarlison with Everton during talks over Winks.

Better still, the Selecao star “would be open” to a switch to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, added Romano.

In terms of how the deal would look, this is currently uncertain.

A deal would depend both on the “Raphinha domino” and also on how talks over Winks progress.

Spurs certainly aren’t slowing down in their pursuit of summer signings.

They’ve already landed Yves Bissouma, Fraser Forster and Ivan Perisic.

And as well as Richarlison and Raphinha, Tottenham are apparently still in discussions over Djed Spence.

With Spurs hoping to impress in the Premier League, Champions League and the domestic cups, they’re certainly putting in the work in improving their team.

Though he won’t come cheap – Everton reportedly want in excess of – Richarlison would be a good addition to the Tottenham ranks.

Blessed with pace, skill and versatility, the “” forward can be used out wide or as a central striker.

Richarlison also has that tenacious side to him, which make him a difficult proposition for opposition defenders.

And then there’s the key factor of experience in the Premier League, which means he should hit the ground running for Spurs.
