‘One of the bright sparks’: Leeds fans praise Jack Harrison despite Brighton loss
Leeds United lost out yesterday to Brighton and Hove Albion, as Neal Maupay scored to give the Seagulls a vital 1-0 Premier League away win.
The Whites were not at the races for much of the game and despite a bit of pressure in the second period, Brighton soaked everything Leeds had up with relative ease to see the game out.
It was a game of few positives, really. Big players like Kalvin Phillips were missed, while others such as Matheusz Klich and Patrick Bamford never quite got going as they normally do.

However, Jack Harrison was one of the players to come out with some credit, especially for a half-decent first-half showing. The young Man City loanee spoke to the media after the game, and as well as his performance, Leeds fans credited him for doing that.
Here, then, is what some Leeds fans had to say about Jack Harrison’s performance.
Big of him to come out and get interviewed. Hes one of the bright sparks we have. Could have scored today and fantastic touch

Thought Harrison was our best player. Raph looked knackered. Gave his all though. Write today off as a bad day at the office. On on on.
