Oli McBurnie gives verdict on Rangers display today, raves about £6.2k-a-week player
Glasgow Rangers midfielder Glen Kamara is “really good at football”, lifelong Bear Oli McBurnie has tweeted in wake of the Ibrox side’s “beautiful” Old Firm derby win today.
Steven Gerrard’s charges went into the highly-anticipated clash top of the Premiership table but just a point clear of Celtic, who also have a game in hand.
Neil Lennon’s side ended up being comprehensively outplayed as Rangers ran out 2-0 winners, with Connor Goldson netting in the ninth minute and again on 54 minutes.

The Gers centre-back timed his run superbly to nod home James Tavernier’s free kick for the opener early on at Parkhead.
Goldson, who had only scored six Scottish Premiership goals in more than two seasons at Ibrox, then added his second nine minutes into the second half.
As for Kamara, he was one of the game’s standout players, covering every blade of grass and picking the right moments to either pass or carry the ball forward.
Celtic’s players simply couldn’t handle him, and his brilliant patient play on the right brought about the second goal.
Needless to say McBurnie was delighted with the performance:
What a beautiful game of football, a joy to watch🇬🇧
