‘Oh my god’, ‘the future’: Some Liverpool fans hail youngster’s ‘incredible’ display v Watford
🍷Liverpool couldn’t have asked for a better return to Premier League action as they ran out 5-0 winners at Watford on Saturday.
🐎The Reds, who drew their last two games in the top flight before the international break, were utterly rampant in Hertfordshire.
🍰Sadio Mane opened the scoring in the eighth minute following an incredible outside-of-the-boot through-ball from Mohamed Salah.

💫Roberto Firmino then netted on 37 minutes, James Milner squaring across the six-yard box for the Brazilian to divert in from close range.
𒈔Liverpool led 2-0 at the break, but the floodgates soon opened against Claudio Ranieri’s charges at Vicarage Road.
🌸Firmino got his second on 52 minutes and, not long after, Salah netted a simply stunning effort, slaloming through the Watford defence and curling into the far post from a tight angle.
🔯Liverpool then made it five in injury time, Firmino completing his hat-trick by slotting in from Neco Williams’ cross.
﷽Goalkeeper Caoimhin Kelleher may have not had much to do throughout the game, but he was calm and collected throughout, his distribution was good, and he was sharp when called upon.
๊In the 57th minute, he was alert to make a routine save when Juraj Kucka had a go from long range.

🌃And in the closing stages, Kelleher pulled off a superb save from Ismaila Sarr, a powerful effort which he palmed onto the post.
꧅A first-choice goalkeeper being absent is the kind of thing that fans of most clubs would usually worry about, but that’s certainly not the case with the Reds now.
Here is what some fans made of Kelleher’s display and clean sheet:
Kelleher is one for the future…
