‘Oh my god’, ‘Oh boy’: Portsmouth fans buzzing as Spurs midfielder Harvey White signs
Portsmouth fans have been celebrating today after the club Tottenham youngster, Harvey White, on a loan deal.
The exciting teenager makes the move south to try and help Pompey back into the Championship, with the club currently third in the table behind both Lincoln City and Hull.
White arrives at Fratton Park with a growing reputation in the game and highly-rated by those at Spurs, with Jose Mourinho among the staff to have been impressed with the 19-year-old.
The signing is a win-win for both teams. Portsmouth get themselves a quality Premier League youngster, while Spurs will be able to get one of their top talents some game time and experience.
