Nottingham Forest fans are all saying the same thing about Djed Spence after beating Tottenham on Boxing Day
Nottingham Forest have moved up to third in the Premier League table after running out 1-0 winners over Tottenham Hotspur at the City Ground on Boxing Day.
The high-flying Reds scored what turned out to be the winner in the 28th minute of the game as Anthony El🐭anga struck following a swift counter-attack.
Nottingham Forest midfielder Morgan Gibbs-White slid the ball through to Elanga, who curle🌠d past Spurs keeper Fraser Forster for a goal which stood followingﷺ a VAR check.
Tottenham couldn’t come back from Elanga’s goal, and insult was added to injury when Djed Spence was sent off for two needle🐽ss bookings late on in the game.
Spence, who actually played well for Spurs, was shown his first yellow on 75 minutes for ꦐkicking the ball away shortly after conceding a free-ki🍎ck.
And in injury time, the former Forest loanee dragged Jota down during a counter to earn himself a second bo🍒oking and an early bath.
Forest fans on🌟 social media had a lot to say about Spence in the latter stages of the game at the City Ground.

Manyꦿ Forest fans joked about “age🦄nt Spence” after his sending-off helped weaken Tottenham further and helped the Reds see out the victory.
“Special Agent Spence working undercover fo♎r us,” said one Reds supporter.
Another 🐓fan wrote: “Four Premier League wins in a row since 1995! Clean sheet and 3rd Ho! Ho! Ho! Thanks Agent🍌 Spence and Johnson!”
O🎶ne supporter said: “Djed Spence is a Red, say Djed Spence is a🔥 Red!”
And one added: “Those last 10 felt like forever!
“Huge 3 points, for some rea🎉son I saw today as a big one as we don’t normally get results off Spurs.
“We’re class though aren’t we, good o🧸f♔ Djed to make the last few easier cheers fella!”
Other fans made slightly different points about Spence, with one saying: Think that gamℱe settled the Djed and Neco debate, 🅺Neco always been far better than him.”
