‘Nothing to worry about’… Agent hopes Ange Postecoglou finally picks £26m Tottenham player after Wolves defeat

The Romanian centre back sparked plenty of excitement in January, rejecting Bayern Munich in favour of joining Tottenham for .
Just months after Harry Kane swapped Spurs for Bayern, Dragusin chose a move to North London to further his career.
After shining on a weekly basis for Genoa, Dragusin now finds himself stuck on the Spurs bench.
Cristian Romero and Micky van de Ven are the first-choice centre back pairing for Ange Postecoglou and neither really deserve to be dropped.
That leaves Dragusin on the outside looking in and his agent is now hoping for a chance to shine.

Manea believes that the situation is ‘normal’ because of the competition for places at Tottenham.
Manea hailed both Romero and Van de Ven, believing that they play so well that they just don’t come out of the team.
Saturday’s 2-1 defeat to Wolverhampton Wanderers has given Manea hope though, believing that Dragusin could now get his chance to shine.
“You have nothing to worry about, it’s normal,” said Manea. “After this loss I hope he gets his chance. There was no way he could push them all aside. Romero is world champion, Van de Ven played well. The idea is that when they come in, they play well and don’t come out,” he added.
Dragusin needs to stay patient
Dragusin knew what he was signing up for by joining Tottenham.
Romero and Van de Ven were excellent to start the season and Tottenham wanted a new centre back to come in as competition.
Dragusin took that role and is now trying to prove to Postecoglou that he deserves to start.
With no FA Cup action, Dragusin is left hoping for Premier League minutes when Tottenham are battling for Champions League action.
Postecoglou is unlikely to just throw Dragusin into the side in that situation and the Romanian needs to stay calm and wait patiently for his chance.
