TBR’s view – Madueke is a bargain at £15m
Goals, assists, English, young, skillful. Madueke is everything Leeds and Leicester are about and at a bargain £15million, he is a real steal. He might not start initially for either side, but he is another example of a young crop of English playmakers.
He has the finesse, he has the vision, and the versatiliy that allows him to play as a 10 or on either flank. Does he have the work rate that Marcelo Bielsa demands? Probably not, but at 19, that can be taught. Leeds and Leicester have got to be in for him.
