‘No ambition’: Arsenal fans react as Dani Ceballos reportedly eyes Real Betis return
Arsenal fans have been reacting on Twitter to the news that Dani Ceballos may now return to Real Betis instead of them, with the midfielder apparently keen on a return to his former club.
broke the story yesterday, claiming that Ceballos has instructed Madrid to help engineer a move back to Betis if they had no plans on including him in the coming season.
The news is clearly a bitter blow to the Gunners and Mikel Arteta, who had been hoping to come to terms on a deal that would see Ceballos return to The Emirates this season.
However, Arteta did say in his press conference that he does expect Ceballos to want to come back, so it remains unclear what will unfold.
