‘Next Raheem Sterling’ – Arsenal fans react as Reiss Nelson recaptures form

Arsenal loanee Reiss Nelson scored his first goal since November to help Hoffenheim to victory against Hertha Berlin.

In a home game in the Bundesliga, Nelson played his first game in just under a month and got on the scoresheet.

The teenager was on hand to nod in from close range at the back post in the 76th minute to double Hoffenheim’s lead.

It was Nelson’s seventh goal of the season during his season-long loan spell in Germany and many Arsenal fans are excited about his future.

Nelson operates as a striker or on either wing and he is being tipped for a bright future. The 19-year-old’s season started in sensational fashion with six goals in his first 11 appearances for Hoffenheim.

But his form has gone a bit quiet since early November until he returned from injury to score a goal for Hoffenheim at the weekend.

Arsenal fans have been discussing Nelson’s future at The Emirates Stadium and they are delighted he is back in form.
