Newcastle would reportedly need to pay £10m to get Sean Dyche out of Burnley
Newcastle United would have to pay £10 million to buy Sean Dyche out of the contract he has with Burnley,
They that Dyche is among the contenders to replace Rafa Benitez, but Mike Ashley would have to pay a large sum to pay up the rest of his Turf Moor deal.
The says that the Englishman has a contract worth £65,000 per week with the Clarets, which still has three years left to run – and it would be a huge shock if Ashley stumped up that kind of cash.
In all likelihood, the Magpies will probably turn to a manager who is out of work in order to avoid paying expensive compensation fees or buying up contracts.

For £10 million, Ashley could likely have kept Benitez and swelled his transfer budget and it would be going against much of what he’s done at Newcastle to break the bank to get Dyche.
Even the top six clubs do not generally go to £10 million to get a manager through the door, with Chelsea delaying the appointment of Maurizio Sarri last summer because they were trying to negotiate his compensation down with Napoli.
This would look to be a hammer blow to any hopes of bringing Dyche up to the north east.
