Newcastle might not be rushing to sign Kenedy permanently this summer
Newcastle United appear to be hitting form at a crucial stage of the season.
The Magpies have just won their last two Premier League games to alleviate the pressure on the down at the bottom.
Wins over Huddersfield and Burnley mean they now sit 13th, six points clear of the relegation zone.

Rafa Benitez’s side have looked much better in recent weeks, with a number of players stepping up to the plate.
One player who doesn’t seem to be improving so much though is loan star Kenedy.
Not good enough
It’s been a disappointing season for Kenedy at St. James’ Park.
The winger has lost his place in the team in recent weeks, with Matt Ritchie being preferred as a left wing-back. Concerningly for him, he’s been afforded just 33 minutes of game time since the 3-0 win over Cardiff City on January 19.
There’s been strong competition from the likes of Christian Atsu and Ayoze Perez too, and new signing Miguel Almiron will surely make minutes even harder to come by for the Brazilian going forwards.

Newcastle will have expected much more from Kenedy, who has scored just one goal and assisted just one other ().
He was a real livewire during his loan spell with the club last season and it was hoped he could be a big player for the team in 2018/19.
But things just haven’t turned out as the player might have hoped, and surely he’ll do well to secure himself a permanent transfer if he wants it – especially given Chelsea’s transfer ban which would stop them from replacing him.
