Newcastle United have reportedly joined the growing race of Premier League teams interested in signing a Chelsea player.

Trevoh Chalobah now on Newcastle’s radar after Chelsea pre-season debacle

According to , Trevoh Chalobah is now wanted by Newcastle with the defender’s future with the Blues up in the air, 💦after new manager Enzo Maresca made the decision to not name the centre-back in Chelsea’s travelling pre-season squad.

♚Hailed by Rio Ferdinand as an ‘unbelievable’ defenderℱ, the £30m-rated Chelsea player seemingly looks set to leave west London this summer following on from a season where Chalobah was sporadically used by Mauricio Pochettino.

♛And for Newcastle, Chalobah could be an excellent addition to their ranks this summer, with the 25-year-old defender a player who could add a lot of value to the Magpies’ backline and help towards the homegrown quota.

𒆙Moreover, with Chelsea seemingly open to selling Chalobah, there’s a real chance that Newcastle could get a good deal for the centre-back, though they must first navigate their way through beating rival teams to the defender’s signature.

Newcastle will believe they can beat Premier League rivals to Chalobah

💦Newcastle are ready to spend big this summer having managed to survive the PSR deadline last month, and signing Chalobah could be a good deal for the Magpies to consider this summer.

༒The versatile defender has shown his qualities for Chelsea throughout the last two years, with Chalobah arguably unfairly dropped from the team last season as well as this summer in pre-season.

༺And for the Magpies, Chelsea’s loss could be their gain if they are to move fast enough for Chalobah, with Premier League teams lining up to move for the 25-year-old in the coming weeks.
