Newcastle fans react on Twitter to Conor Coady reports
A number of Newcastle United fans have taken to Twitter to comment on reports from the weekend claiming that the Magpies are eyeing a move for Conor Coady from Premier League rivals Wolves.
Newcastle supporters must feel that their club has been linked with almost every player in the top flight and in Europe at this point.

But it does appear imperative that the club strengthen their ranks in January. They currently remain in the relegation zone in the Premier League. And they are still awaiting that first win.
It would appear that they have their sights set on making some real statements in the winter.
that they want Coady. It is noted that he would cost at least £20 million. He has some time left on his contract, .

Interestingly, the reports suggesting Newcastle want Coady attracted a mixed response amongst Wolves fans on social media.
Plenty want him to stay. But there were some who felt that it may be a good time to cash in given the funds the Magpies have to play with.
‘Class player’: Newcastle fans react to links with Conor Coady
For Newcastle fans meanwhile, the reaction appears to be unanimous. They want Coady at St James’ Park.
They feel that he is the kind of leader that the Magpies desperately lack. And they believe that he has the quality to improve the defence significantly.
With that in mind, here is how some of the Newcastle fans reacted to the links with Coady…
Class player. Him and tarkowski is seriously class business. But Coady will cost a shed load if, and correct me if I’m wrong, he’s got years left on his deal. English premium and all that. Could speaking for 40+ easy.. that’s our whole Jan budget apparently

Coady-Tarkowski would be a huge upgrade if they can pull it off.
