The Aston Villa trident in particular were constantly trying to link upꦬ with each other, with Rogers and Asensio especially gelling with each other on the pitch.

Tottenham made several last-ditch interceptions and tackles to keep both of Unai Emery’s new signings from getting on the scoresheet.

Rogers was Aston Villa’s standout performer aga𓄧inst Totte♕nham but based on Rashford and Asensio’s respective cameos, it seems like the former Manchester City midfielder now ha꧋s two new💯 teammates who could help him shoulder the burden of his side’s attack.
