Mohammed Kudus suggests West Ham knew Arsenal could be exploited on the counter-attack
The Ghana international told the : “It has been a difficult season but it is one of those wins we will never forget about. We were focused and I’m glad we got the three points. We pla🐭yed a top team and we knew they would attack a lot. Everyone did their duties.”

Potter seemed intent on hitting Arsenal on the counter-attack, naming a five-man defence in order to soak up the pressure, but leaving speedy forwards such as Kudus, who Cole Palmer admires, and Bowen on the halfway line.
Counter-attacking is exactly how West Ham scored the decisive goal, as Aaron Wan-Bissaka surged away fromꦅ Riccardo Calafiori before delivering a perfect cross onto the head of Bowen, who simply could not miss from just a few yards out.
Arsenal could sign Mohammed Kudus
The West Ham No.14 performed well on Saturday, driving at Arsenal using his immense dribbling skills and pace, while also showing tenacity in the tackle which ultimatel🍰y saw Myles Lewis-Skelly s♎ent off.
In starring at the Emirates Stadium, Kudus showed why Arsenal want to sign him.
TBR Football understand the Gunners are fans of the Ghanaian, as Arteta aims to add some depth to his 🔥attacking department, which has been ripped apart by injuries to Bu🌳kayo Saka, Kai Havertz, Gabriel Jesus and Gabriel Martinelli.
"That is absolutely sublime!" 🤯

Kudus does – however – have an £80m release clause, so Arseღnal will need to 𝔉spend heavily to sign the talented forward.
