‘Miles ahead of anyone’: Celtic fans react to Ryan Christie’s display against Ferencvaros
Celtic crashed to defeat in their Champions League qualification clash with Ferencvaros this evening, with the Hungarian side running out 2-1 winners at Parkhead.
The Bhoys were not at the races throughout the night but seemed to be on course for at least a draw when Ryan Christie levelled in the second half.

However, a late goal by Tokmac Choi Nguen sealed the win for the away side, leaving the Bhoys with the miserable reality of having no Champions League football next season.
Of course, Celtic fans were out in force during and following the game, critiquing their players, who, in the main, put in poor performances.
But among the poor performances, goalscorer Christie was one of the players who at least seemed to come out with some credit from the game.
Or that was how it seemed among some Celtic supporters, who took time to praise the midfielder online.
Class finish from the striker. Genius from Lenny.

For unknown reasons there are Celtic fans who don’t rate Ryan Christie and it absolutely baffles me. 😂
