Mikel Arteta hints that Arsenal youngster who started vs Bournemouth could leave on loan

Mikel Arteta has suggested that an Arsenal academy player who started last night against AFC Bournemouth could be about to depart the Gunners on loan.

The north London side kicked-off their pre-season tour of the United States in Los Angeles with a penalty shootout win against the Cherries, with a number of Arsenal youngsters getting a good run out with a number of senior pla🌺yers missing.

With the likes of Ethan Nwaneri, Myles Lewis-S🍎kelly and Ayden Heaven all playing a good amount of minutes last night, Arsenal fans got a real taste for the first time in a while of what the next generation of Hale End graduates could look like.

And Arteta admitted post-mat꧂ch that one youn🐼gster could be off on loan this summer.

Arsenal in talks to loan out Hale End goalkeeper Karl Hein

Speaking to the press after Arsenal’s pre-season win against Bournemouth, Arteta admitted that conversations are taking place behind the scenes to loan out Karl Hein, who was the hero on the night.

Saving a penalty in the shootout and looking strong between the sticks for the full 90 minutes, Hein leaving on 💞loan has been touted for some time, and Arteta has now 💫shared some detailꦬs on the goalkeeper departing for the season.

Arteta said when asked about if Hein will leave Arsenal on loan for the seasཧon: “That is a conversation we are having at the moment. David and Aaron are away at the moment so we are really short in the position.

“But we want to develop our players, especially a player like Karl with a big potential and big future ahead of him and he needs to play games so we are going toꦐ explore thatཧ option as well.”

With David Raya and Aaron Ramsdale on their summer break, Hein is the most senior goalkeeper on Arsenal’s pre-season tour of America, with the Estonia int🌜ernational likely 🎃to start between the sticks against Manchester United and Liverpool.

And if Hein can build fr💝om𝐆 his impressive performance last night against Bournemouth, there’s a real chance that the 22-year-old can secure his dream loan move this summer heading into the new Premier League season.

Indeed, Hein showed against the Cherries that he is a goalkeeper of serious quality and a talent who could🦂 be worth a lot to the right club, and Arsenal need to do all they can to find the perfect team for th🍌e youngster to go out on loan to this summer.
