Michael Owen says striker Arsenal sold for £16m was even better than Harry Kane
Michael Owen has been ranking and rating some of the very best strikers in football history.
The Liverpool legend has been discussing some of the great centre-forwards in the history of the Premier League and the wider footballing, and he’s reserved some special praise for one Arsenal icon.
Indeed, according to Michael Owen, Thierry Henryꦿ is one of the greatest strikers to ever play the game, as Owen ranked him ahead of some truly world-class talents.
Owen picked Henry over the likes of Samuel Eto’o and Zlatan Ibrahimovic, and perhaps more pertinently, the pundit also picked Henry over Tottenham legend, Harry Kane.
