Michael Edwards backed to sanction £100m Liverpool sale for ‘fantastic’ star

Liverpool have a very busy summer ahead of them as they prepare for Jurgen Klopp’s departure from the Anfield hotseat.

The Reds boss will step down at the end of the season, bringing🐻 an end to a glorious chapter in the club’s history.

The job for FSG and Liverpool now is to ensure that there can be as much continuity as possible in terms of quali💦ty on and off the pit𝓀ch at the club.

Another potential pressing issue is that of Mohamed Salah’s future. The Reds forward’s contract runs until 2025, so this is something else Liver𓆉pool need to address.

Salah was previously linked with a mo✤ve to the Saudi Professional League, and there’s a good chance that we’ll see mꦅore speculation on this front in the coming months.

Clinton Morrison has now given his verdict on what Liverpool might do with regards to the 31-year-old’s futu🔴re.

What has Clinton Morrison said about Mohamed Salah’s future at Liverpool?

Morrison belಌieves that, if Liverpool receive a £100🍬million offer for Salah this summer, Michael Edwards and Richard Hughes will accept it.

“They 🦄are trying to make the Saudi league grow and having Salah there will will go to another level,” Morrison said on .

“They have brought in the likes of Ronaldo, Neymar. If y🥀ou bring 🍎Salah in, and you made a good point Fletch, he is 31.

“No Liverpool fan or the new manager coming in would♏ want to lose Salah. His numbers playing from the right-hand side are fantastic. His numbers are ridiculous.

“Wilꦬl they be able to get a player𒉰 who can replicate what Salah can do?

“But hဣe is getting to that age where if you get over £100million for him, I can see him leaving this summer.”

Salah has been absolutely𓂃 incredible for Liverpool over the years, and the prospect of him leaving isn’t a pleasant one for any Reds fan.

However, he will be 32 this summer, and with one yeღar’s contract remaining, the ཧtime might be right for cashing in.

Obvious⛄ly Liverpool should not probably not entertain any offers short of stratospheric – in that case you might as well keep Salah until his contract’s up.

But for anything north of, say £80million, it would gi꧒ve the next Liverpool mana🍬ger the perfect chance to reinvest into the team.
