Micah Richards thought £19m Man United player had an absolute nightmare against Bournemouth
Micah Richards was left baffled by some of the decisions made by Manchester United players in yesterday’s draw at Bournemouth.
Erik ten Hag’s🍌 side were able to salvage a point on this occasion but could have easily left with nothing late on.
Fortunately, Bruno Fernandes♐ was determined not to be on a losing team, and delivered an excellent display.

꧂The Man United captain is often chastised for his frustration towards his teammates on the pitch, but yesterday it seemed to fuel his strong performance in isolation.
In fairness, the likes of Harry Maguire and Kobbie Mainoo🔯 also delivered respectable displays, but there was little to cling onto elsewhere.
That being said, Micah Richards🍌 was amazed by how poor Manchester United’s right hand side were at times whilst analysing the game on the BBC’s .
And as well as pointing out the insufficiencies of both Willy Kambwala and Alejandro Garnacho, the pundit was most concerned with Diogo Dalot.
Micah Richards left baffled by Diogo Dalot’s positioning for Man United in Bournemouth draw
♉Richards was initially analysing the build up to Dominic Solanke’s opener for the home side, and simply couldn’t understand what the was doing positionally.
🍒He explained: “It was Man United’s right hand side, I was a bit disillusioned with what was going on.
𓆏“So Dalot was going inside, we’ve seen full-backs do that with Spurs, and the reason why he was doing that was so Garnacho could be free.
ꦉ“He [Dalot] goes into one position, he goes into another position – but he doesn’t affect Bournemouth in any way.

♕“Fernandes is telling him to go back in his position [just before Bournemouth’s first goal], they win the first ball, they lose the second ball, now a young player Kambwala has been exposed to Solanke.
𒁃“Yes Solanke has done ever so well, but where is the protection?
🍒Richards then finished by analysing Dalot’s role in Bournemouth’s second goal.
𓄧He added: “they just got it wrong today, Dalot has actually been really good this season but he’s running down blind-alleys.
ꦡ“This is the worst one, [Justin] Kluivert gets in the space, Kambwala is pointing to Dalot, Dalot puts up his arms, Garnacho is not blocking the pass into Kluivert there and he goes and scores, there’s no organisation.”
Another step closer to Erik ten Hag leaving Manchester United?
Of course, yesterday’s performance can’t have done Erik ten Hag much good in terms of remaining as Manchester United boss beyond the season.
꧂The speculation over the Dutchman’s future refuses to stop right now, and for good reason.
🌊Although United didn’t lose yesterday, which should hardly be a barometer of success anyway, there’s just no signs that things will improve.
ꦯPlayers look bereft of a plan at times, and the club just continue to rely on individual moments to pull them through.
That all being said, it seems as if ꧃Arsenal could be about to appoint a former United player to their coaching staff𝄹, a player Sir Alex Ferguson called a ‘warrior’ in the past.
