Micah Richards lists his five favourite Arsenal players of all time
Micah Richards has now been discussing who he regards as his top five favourite Arsenal players of all time.
Richards has often suggested that he is an Arsenal fan despite all of his time playing for Manchester City, something his fellow pundits often taunt.

The pundit will no doubt be enjoying every second of Arsenal’s upwards trajectory under Mikel Arteta, if that is indeed the case.
The penalty shoot-out win against FC Porto has completely changed the complexion of this international break, a sliding doors moment that went in Arsenal’s favour given how well they held their nerve.
Fans in north London can now remain optimistic heading into the tie against Manchester City at the end of the month.
That being said, Micah Richards may be a little torn in his allegiances when the game arrives.
However, when speaking on ‘’ podcast, Richards certainly had no such dilemma when naming his top five favourite Arsenal players of all time.
Micah Richards includes Nicolas Anelka in top five favourite Arsenal players
As well as Nicolas Anelka, the pundit also included Dennis Bergkamp in his list and hailed his finish against Newcastle United as the best Premier League goal he’s ever seen.
Richards shared: “My favourites were Anelka, Thierry Henry, Ian Wright, Tony Adams and Dennis Bergkamp was in there as well. Talk about art!

“Everyone talks about Cantona and he was magnificent but in terms of feel of the ball – remember the goal he scored against Newcastle, it’s the best goal in the Premier League I have ever seen.”
Of course, it’s a pretty compelling list, even if some might be wondering where the likes of Patrick Vieira are.
But ultimately Richards couldn’t name everyone, and perhaps only Anelka is the slightly controversial inclusion given his time at the club was cut relatively short.
In comparison to the other names on the list, Anelka only played for Arsenal 90 times, scoring 28 goals and providing 12 assists.
And that being said, Martin Keown was recently discussing how gutted he was when the Frenchman decided to leave.
