£20m Tottenham player now having a medical elsewhere this morning ahead of loan move
Tottenham midfielder Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg is one his way out of the club and Sky Sports’ Michael Bridge has provided an important update on him this morning.
Hojbjerg is set to make a move to Marseille after reports over the weekend revealed talks are taking place for the Dane to move to France.
Tottenham are moving ahead with their plans to ‘trim the fat’ a bit this summer as they look to move players on to make way for new signings.
Hojbjerg did play a key role in the squad last season for Tottenham but is still not one of the first names on the team sheet for Ange Postecoglou.
As revealed over the weekend, Tottenham are keen to cash in on Hojbjerg as well give he’s in the final 12 months of his deal.
And now, it looks like the deal for Hojbjerg to Marseille is going to be announced within the next day or two.

Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg set to sign for Marseille
to provide the latest on the situation with Hojbjerg, Sky Sports presenter Michael Bridge has said that a medical is taking place this morning and that Hojbjerg will move to France.
Tottenham will pocket around £16m in the end and have a sell on clause when the deal is made permanent in 2025.
Tottenham appear to have done well on this deal given they paid around for Hojbjerg in the first place and look to be getting their money back, or just about.
The move makes sense for all parties and with Marseille making other signings such as Mason Greenwood, there is a chance for Hojbjerg to be part of a good team.
For Tottenham, this now frees up a high earning contract and brings some money in as well to go towards other deals.
Ange Postecoglou will now be hoping to make some more
