Mauricio Pochettino’s Dele Alli comments suggest Tottenham fans have no reason to fret

Dele Alli was substituted at halftime during Tottenha🎃m Hotspur’s thrilling 6-2 win at Goodison Park on📖 Sunday, amid fears the attacker had suffered a hamstring injury.

Yet Mauricio Poch🐎ettino’s comments after the match suggest Spurs fans have no reason to fret over the fitness of Alli heading into🎉 the festive period.

A collision with Jordan Pickford appღeared to have exacerbated Alli’s injury, yet in comments reported by , Pochettino was unconce💝rned about the setback and said Alli was not badly hurt.

“We will see if it’s an issue🐼,” Pochettino said. “I think he’s tired and tight in his hamstring. We hope it’s not a big issue.”

Thankfully for Tottenham, it appears that Alli was simply fatigued and suffered a minor sꦦtrain against Everton, rather than a more serious injury that would keep the England international out for an extended period of time.

The 22-year-old was🌳 excellent during the first half on Sunday, slotting home a cool finish to put Spurs 2-1 up after 35 minutes.
