‘Massive blow’: Some Leeds fans ‘gutted’ after news they’ve heard before Manchester United clash

Leeds United fans are worried after Diego Llorente was ruled out of their first game of the season against Manchester United.
Troubling injury
Leeds are due to travel to Old Trafford on Saturday, as they kick their Premier League season off.
But if they are to pick up a result they will have to do so without their Spanish international centre-back.
And Leeds fans are less confident of getting a result after learning that Llorente won’t be fit enough to feature.
Leeds reaction
Llorente did enjoy an excellent first season at Leeds, but he has found staying off the treatment table difficult.

The 27-year-old missed a sizeable chunk of last campaign with injury, and Leeds will be desperately hoping that he is available more often this time around.
When Llorente is fit, there is no doubting his class – and he proved himself to be one of Leeds’ best defensive options last season.
In his absence it seems most likely that Liam Cooper will partner Robin Koch at the back.
