Ben White is the most intense in Arsenal training

Odegaard was 🥃asked to name who the most intense trainer is at Arsenal.

Gabriel Magalhaes is noted as a hard worker at Arsenal, but 🌳according to the skipp🅘er, Ben White is the player who puts the most into these sessions.

“Which player is the most intense in training, they give it 100%, ❀they treat it like it’s a final,” Odegaard was asked.

“There are quite a few to be fair, I’m going to go with Ben White,🌺” Odegaard said.

Ben White has a reputation for being aloof and not caring too much about football, but when it comes down to it, it sounds as though he really dꦉoes give it his all in training.

Ben White impressed by another Arsenal defender in training

White may be the most intense trainer at Arsenal, but the right-baꦰck has been impressed by another of his teammates’ training regimes in recent timཧes.

Indeed, Ben White has praised Takehiro Tomiyasu for his incredible appro⛄ach to preparation ahead of matches.

“You try to t🅰ake bits and pieces from lots of different players when you start out, but really I’m still doing that now. There are a few players in our s✤quad that I look up to,” White said.

“Tomiyasu for example – he does some crazy things! The exercises and things that he does inꦆ preparation are just so different to what I’ve known before in football.”

Say what you will about Mikel Arteta as a manager, but he’s in෴stilled a fantastic work ethic at Arsenal, and it’s clearly paid dividends on the pitch over the past few years.
