Marsch could unleash truly ‘incredible’ Leeds 19-year-old v Spurs, fans should be buzzing – TBR View
Leeds United will hope to end the first half of their season on a high note this afternoon.
Jesse Marsch’s Whites head to Tottenham Hotspur for a 3pm Premier League kickoff.
Although Leeds lost in the Carabao Cup in midweek, they go into this game on the back of a superb league win at Liverpool.

There’s also a good chance Marsch could unleash the impressive Wilfried Gnonto from the off against Spurs.
The 19-year-old has given the Leeds boss food for thought with his dazzling cameos in recent weeks.
Jack Harrison is also a doubt for the game. And with him struggling for form as of late, that could’ve made Marsch’s mind up.
Gnonto has made a big impact from the bench in his last two league games for Leeds.
In his debut against Liverpool, he looked bright and capable of playing at the high level required.
And against Bournemouth, Gnonto really impressed.
‘Incredible from Gnonto’
‘Everything apart from a goal,’ wrote at full time, awarding him 8 out of 10.
‘Picked up where he left off at Anfield. Tenacious, quick, snappy, strong, intelligent.
‘The carry and assist for the winning goal was outstanding. Has to start at Tottenham Hotspur next weekend.’
BBC Sport pundit James McFadden, speaking on BBC Radio 5 Live, loved what he saw from Gnonto.
“What a special goal that is,” he said of Crysencio Summervilla’s winner, via the BBC Sport (5/11/22, 16:46).
“Incredible from Gnonto running almost the length of the pitch, that was the easy part.

“Great run from Summerville, perfect weight of pass. He hit it first time past Travers.
“What a turnaround it has been in this game, what a goal from Leeds.
“The second-half performance from Leeds has been outstanding and they deserve to be in front in this game.
“What a game of football we have had today.”
Leeds fans will no doubt be buzzing if Gnonto makes the starting XI at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium today.
