Manuel Neuer really wants Bayern Munich to sign £4m Tottenham player in January
Amid the comings and goings at Tottenham Hotspur in January, Manuel Neuer would be very happy to see one transfer rumour come to fruition.
Spurs now seem very close to securing their first two signings of the window with deals for Timo Werner and Radu Dragusin gathering pace.

Werner’s deal looks to be moving particularly fast with a loan deal now looking close to completion.
That being said, it’s not just incoming transfers that will be important for Spurs this month, with a few players right on the periphery of things.
And having not impressed Ange Postecoglou since arriving at the club, it seems Eric Dier could leave in the near future.
Dier is now being linked with a remarkable move to Bayern Munich in January, and Manuel Neuer would be very happy to see the Tottenham defender arrive.
Neuer was speaking to German outlet via journalist Florian Plettenberg on X and was pleased to hear that a deal was progressing.
The keeper said: “The name definitely sounds good, that’s for sure. The people in charge will explore the market, we are completely relaxed about it.“
Manuel Neuer wants Bayern Munich to sign Tottenham’s Eric Dier in January
If a deal is completed, this will undoubtedly be a huge opportunity for Eric Dier to rebuild his career.
The England defender has had a ton of success in his time and has become a victim of circumstance at Spurs.

Ange Postecoglou will be the first to call Dier a fine player, he’s just one that doesn’t suit his style.
Although he’s out in the cold at Tottenham, it shouldn’t be a surprise to see the likes of Neuer keen to see Dier arrive in January.
The keeper has faced Dier on the biggest of stages and knows how strong and imposing the defender can be.
Moreover, Thomas Tuchel also knows the levels the defender can achieve from his time in England.
And on the subject of Spurs’ back line, the club should now consider the signing of another former Chelsea player after Timo Werner.
January presents a huge opportunity for Tottenham, and it’s started extremely well.
