Manchester United could try to sign Harry Kane in 2023 – journalist
Alex Crook believes Manchester United could make a move to sign Tottenham Hotspur star Harry Kane at the end of this season.
The 29-year-old Englishman is undoubtedly Spurs’ best player. He is one of the biggest reasons why they have consistently been in and around the Champions League places over the last seven years, but his contract situation is a subject of real concern to Tottenham fans now.

Journalist says Manchester United could try to sign Harry Kane in 2023
Almost every top club in the world would love a player like Kane, who is not just prolific in front of goal but is also an incredible player in the build-up.
The England captain is up there with the best strikers in the world. He is absolutely elite, but the one thing everybody talks about is how he hasn’t won anything in his career yet.
Many, including John Terry, believe Kane has to leave Tottenham to have any chance of winning any silverware in his career. He could get that opportunity in the summer, when he enters the final year of his contract.
Crook believes there’s a chance Manchester United could make a move for him.
The journalist told : “I’d keep an eye on the Harry Kane situation.
“Again, I think that will depend on the ownership model, although, in fairness, the Man United owners did invest quite heavily last summer. But Kane will have a year left on his contract and he’s proven in the Premier League.
“I think he’d want to go to a club where he’s got a chance of winning silverware. Arguably, United are in a better place to do that than Tottenham. I’d definitely keep an eye on that one.”

His work rate is incredible
When you think of Kane, your mind immediately goes to his amazing goalscoring prowess and his ability to drop deep, link play up and create chances for his teammates.
However, the one thing he doesn’t always get enough credit for is his outstanding work rate.
Old Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp pointed this out last week. “His work rate is incredible,” he said, while raving about how he can “just do everything” on a football pitch.
It won’t be a surprise at all if Manchester United make a move for Kane this summer. That makes it hugely important for Daniel Levy to convince his main man to extend his Spurs contract.
