Manchester City new kit 2024/25: Predicted release dates for Puma shirts
Manchester City and Puma will continue their kit partnership for the 2024/25 Premier League season, so here is everything we know about the release dates for their strips.
The German athletic apparel brand and Etihad Stadium club will embark on a sixth season in partnership in 24/25. Puma and Manchester City joined forces ahead of the 19/20 campaign when the Citizens axed Nike after six years. It marked the pair’s first time in partnership ever.

When does the new Manchester City 24/25 Puma home kit come out?
Manchester City were one of the first Premier League sides to release their home kit for the 24/25 season. Puma unveiled the Citizens’ latest strip on May 16, 2024 with a sky-blue shirt with 0161 in the trim. It sought to have a subtle reference to the Etihad Stadium side’s roots.
Yet the Manchester dialling code is only one aspect of the Citizens’ kit. Puma is also making Manchester City’s new shirts from at least 95% recycled textile waste. But the design of the shirt is otherwise a simple blue ensemble with dark blue patches on either side of the shirt.
When does the new Manchester City 24/25 Puma away kit come out?
Puma will hold fire before releasing the new Manchester City away kit for the 24/25 season. The German brand even waited until August 10 before unveiling the Citizens’ changed jersey for the 23/24 season. It was the latest City fans had to wait for their away kit in recent years.

Manchester City took the covers off the away kit of the 21/22 term on July 29, 2021 and the 22/23 kit on July 19, 2022. TBR Football predicts Puma will return to a July release for 24/25 over waiting until August to unveil the away kit Manchester City will use in the new season.
When does the new Manchester City 24/25 Puma third kit come out?
Puma and Manchester City went early with the release of the Citizens’ third kit for 24/25 by dropping the strip for release on July 26. The German sportswear brand and Etihad Stadium outfit even released the kit under the slogan, ‘Never Not Moving’, to represent their growth.
Their 24/25 third kit further features the ship from Manchester City’s badge used as an all-over graphic on the shirt. Puma sought to use the ship as the symbol of Manchester City’s past, present and future. It dominates the burgundy shirt with darker and lighter patches.
