What Steven Gerrard said to everyone after his slip vs Chelsea

Sakho recounted how Gerrard reacted after hi🅷s slip.

The defender says that Gerrard was massiv💞ely disappointed after this moment, revealing that the England star simply said ‘sorry’ to all of the Liverpool players after this gam🤡e.

“He was disappointed. You kno♌w, all of us were. But he’s a man, you understand. He checked on all of the players and he said sorry, but all of us said ‘oh, come on, without you we wouldn’t be in second position.’ It happens. Stevie G was like our older brother,” Sakho said.

Gerrard’s slip was costly for Liverpool in the moment during t♔he Chelsea game, but what the Liverpool captain did for the remainder of the match was also just as painful to watch.

Gerrard was clearly desperate to make up for his error, 𒈔and he was tryiꦡng to force a moment of magic to level things up.

The midfielder was attempting a number of pot shots and a lot of amb💮itious passes during the game, but Chelsea found it all too easy to deal with.
