Lucas Perez should be sold by West Ham amid interest
West Ham attacker Lucas Perez is reportedly on the radar of Spanish top-flight club Real Betis.
, the La Liga outfit are lining up a move to try sign the 30-year-old after a difficult first six months at the London Stadium.
It is understood that Hammers manager Manuel Pellegrini would be prepared to offload him, as he wants to free up space to sign a new attacker.
Perez only joined West Ham in the summer for £4million () from Arsenal and is on a staggering £80,000-a-week () deal with them.
But unfortunately the centre-forward has struggled to make a serious impact and moving him on in January might not be the worst idea.

The Spaniard has managed a decent return of four goals in 13 games across all competitions so far this season, but is certainly not putting any pressure on his teammates for a starting position.
He is a left-footed ace that doesn’t quite look up to the level needed for Pellegrini and it’s no surprise he could make a swift exit.
Perez may have been dealt a final kick in the teeth on Saturday, as he was an unused substitute in the FA Cup third round win over Birmingham and watched youngster Xande Silva play ahead of him.
