Lucas Leiva provides two-word reaction as Liverpool thrash Porto tonight
Lucas Leiva has provided a two-word assessment of Liverpool after they demolished Porto in the Champions League tonight.
The Reds won 5-1 in Portugal with Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino both scoring twice.
Sadio Mane also notched and the Reds sit on maximum points going into a double-header against Atletico Madrid.
Liverpool won the competition in 2018/19 and they are going in search of title number seven this time around.

Jurgen Klopp knows that won’t be easy and he’ll be desperate to see more performances of this nature in the future.
Lucas Leiva was a fan favourite at Liverpool. He made 346 appearances for the club and adhered himself to the fan base with his hard work, determination and desire to give everything for the badge.
He departed for Lazio inand has made over 160 appearances for the Serie A side.
Quite clearly, he still has a soft spot for Liverpool and after tonight’s game, he took to Twitter, to sum up the performance in two words.
Can Liverpool win the Champions League this season?
When it comes to European competitions you really can’t write off Liverpool.
They’ve been there, done it and got the t-shirt when it comes to the Champions League and they’re familiar with the famous trophy.
Klopp knows it will be tough though.
Clearly, Liverpool don’t have a great deal of squad depth and keeping his top players fit will be key.
Last season, the injury to Virgil van Dijk was hugely detrimental to the team and they’ll want to keep him fit.

Leiva only won a League Cup during his time with Liverpool and left prior to the trophy-laden spell under Klopp.
He was happy with tonight’s performance though and on current form, you can’t discount Liverpool from the race to win another Champions League.
