Liverpool star’s dad says his son had another Premier League offer before Anfield move

Liverpool are one of the biggest football clubs on the planet, with the Reds having an influence few teams can command.

☂And one Liverpool player’s father has now shared how his son opted to move to Anfield over another English side.

Dominik Szoboszlai only wanted Liverpool despite Premier League offer

Speaking to , Zsolt Szoboszlai, the father of Dominik, shared how the Hungarian international only wanted to move to Liverpool even with an offerও from a Serie A side and another Premier League team.

Szoboszlai joined Liverpool last summer from RB Leipzig with the 23-year-old midfielder initially impressing before injuries and a lack of form saw the playmaker’s season fizzle out, yet things could have been different had the young♈ster joined another club.

Szoboszlai’s father said when asked about the move to Liverpool last summer: “He built up in stages, from Salzburg to Leipziℱg to Liverpool. We talked about the move to England together.

“There was an Italian team and another English team but we decided o🍌n Liverpool — a club with great history and tradition, who could keep Dominik heading in the right direction. He can achieve whatever he wants to achi🍰eve.”

Szoboszlai made the right decision moving to Anfield

Szoboszlai’s first year at Liverpool might not have set the world on fire, yet the Hungari💝an international has this season shown why he is rightly considered one of the best young players on the planet.

In a few weeks, Slot has managed to get Szoboszlai playing at ඣhis best in the midfield alongside Alexis Mac Allister and Ryan Gravenberch, with the former Leipzig man wearing the no. 8 with quality and respect.
