Liverpool starlet Ben Woodburn could replicate Jarrod Bowen’s success by moving to Hull City

Young winger Ben Woodburn is back at Liverpool after an unsuccessful loan spell at Sheffield United was cut short.

Woodburn managed just eight outings for Sheffield United so Liverpool decided to terminate his loan spell and recall him.

The Wales international could be set for another half-season loan stint, though, with Hull City leading the chase, .

Hull could be the perfect environment for Woodburn to thrive, considering how Nigel Adkins has set his team up.

Poland international Grosicki has scored four and assisted six this season, while Bowen has accumulated a tally of 14 goals and three assists from the other wing.

Woodburn could complete a dynamic attacking midfield trio and take his career to the next level under Adkins.

Hull are currently 12th and have a chance of making the play-offs with a late surge up the league table. And this is the type of ambitious club that Woodburn needs to spend some time at.

The 19-year-old has tremendous potential but he cannot afford another spell where he is rotting away and not playing games.

Liverpool sent Harry Wilson to Hull last January and he picked up seven goals and three assists in just 13 games to help Hull stay up. Woodburn could follow in Wilson’s footsteps by excelling with a loan spell at Hull.
