Liverpool now reportedly want to sign £132m forward who’s been compared to Brazilian Ronaldo

Liverpool have been linked with AC Milan’s Rafael Leao in recent days.

According to , Jurgen Klopp’s Reds are one of several elite clubs eyeing the 23-year-old.

As well as Liverpool, the likes of Manchester City, Manchester United, Chelsea and PSG are in pursuit.

And Tiago Fernandes, his coach at Sporting Lisbon, compared him to the legendary Brazil star Ronaldo.

“Leao has the power of Ronaldo, he has the talent to solve matches on his own,” quotes Fernandes as saying.

“He reminds me of the ‘Phenomenon’ with speed, technique and explosiveness in decisive moments.

“Qualities that this season have emerged every game to drag Milan towards great results.”
