Liverpool fans urge Klopp to sign Kostas Tsimikas after impressive Europa League showing
Kostas Tsimikas was in action for Olympiacos last night against Wolves and his performance caught the eye of Liverpool fans who have been reacting on Twitter.
The defender has been linked with a move to Anfield this summer, with Liverpool actively seeking competition for Andy Robertson at left-back.
Greek newspaper have reported Liverpool hold an interest in the 24-year-old and could make their move this summer.
Tsimikas has now made his mark on the Olympiacos first-team having previously spent time on loan with Esbjerg and Willem II.

The left-sided defender was on the wrong end of a 1-0 defeat in the game against Wolves but that didn’t stop Liverpool fans raving about his performance.
Liverpool might be relatively quiet in the transfer window this summer but another left-sided defender looks a likely purchase.
The Reds have also been linked with Jamal Lewis from Norwich City , but it seems some supporters would prefer the Greek defender instead.
Tsimikas claimed four assists for Olympiacos last season and Liverpool fans were impressed with him last night.
Here is a selection of tweets from the club’s supporters based on the performance of Tsimikas in last night’s contest.
Tsimikas is streets ahead of Jamal Lewis and he’s cheaper too. Tears in my eyes when our club finally drops our British transfer bias
