Liverpool and Arsenal scouts attended the same fixture this weekend with £87m ‘superstar’ likely watched

Arsenal and Liverpool might be in a battle for the Premier League title this season but it seems they are both looking at similar players for future transfer windows as well.

The Gunners and the Reds 🦹ඣhad different summer windows really.

Mikel Arteta m𒁏ade nume🌌rous signings and moved a number of players on to bring money into the club.

Arne Slot, meanwhile, only landed Federico Chiesa and is going through the season with basically the same squad tha🗹t Jurgen Klopp left him.

Of course, both Liverpoolꦆ and Arsenal are huge clubs in England and links to similar players is alway🥃s going to be likely.

And according to TBR Football sources, both clubs had scouts in attendance to watch Bay🎀erไ Leverkusen this weekend.

Arsenal and Liverpool send scouts to watch Florian Wirtz again

A report from🥃 yesterday has claimed that Liverpool are one of the teams who are keenꦅ on signing German star Florian Wirtz.

Their report suggests that Wirtz, a✨long with Jeremie Frimpong and Exequiel Palacios, feature on the Reds’ list.

And backing up that claim, TBR sources now tell us th🍨at both Liverpool and Arsenal had scouts in attendance at Leverkusen this weekend.

While it’s not been confirmed exactly who was being watched, TB🐈R believes that Wirtz will indeed have been of heavy focus for the onloo💜king scouts from the Premier League.

TBR can also confirm th𝔉at Manchester City had a represent💙ative at the game.

Wirtz to command a huge fee with interest high

Bayer Leverkusen are believed to value Wirtz around the mark an𒀰d it’s easy to see why they want such a figure.

The young German has been lauded as a ‘‘ in his homeland and he’s as good a pick as any frꩲom th🍒e Bundesliga to make that move to the Premier League eventually.

With City, Liverpool and Arsenal all apparently keen, Wirtz could end up with a big deci🐼sion to make dow𝔍n the line.

Whether ✱or not any of those clubs will pay such money, remains to be seen.
