Likelihood of five recently-linked players moving to Tottenham
Tottenham Hotspur are expected to be busy in the summer transfer window after failing to sign any new players for the past two transfer windows.
A replacement for Mousa Dembele, back up to Harry Kane and a new winger are likely to be targets. Here are five recently-linked players rated out of 10 on the likeliness they could be moving to north London.
Joachim Andersen – Sampdoria
Spurs are said to be looking to sign a centre-back. Andersen is obviously admired by Pochettino, with the Danish defender linked with a move to north London for quite some time.
However, the 22-year-old would cost a club-record £50million, . Though Spurs are likely to re-enter the market, the chances of Daniel Levy splashing out such a big figure is unlikely.

Diego Costa – Juventus
The Daily Mirror claimed on April 7 in a paper edition (page 66) that 28-year-old Costa is a target for Spurs. But again, he would cost a club-record fee.
Indeed, £45million for the winger. What makes him slightly more likely than Anderson is that he is already proven to be a match winner at the highest level. But his wages are likely to be high, and a move remains unlikely.

Franck Kessie – AC Milan
Kessie was first linked with Spurs back in the January window and is rumoured to have an asking price of £35million. Indeed, the 22-year-old has been one of Gennaro Gattuso’s best players this season.
that he may have taken a step closer to leaving Milan, after an incident involving a Lazio shirt and Tiemoue Bakayoko – but Arsenal are also interested.

Elif Elmas – Fenerbahce
The Fener wonderkid scored in the derby between his side and Galatasaray last weekend, and Spurs scouts were in attendance to watch the 19-year-old shine.
Another Turkish website, this time SuperHaber claim Fener want £17million for the Macedonia international. A Dembele replacement, cheap price and plenty of resale value. Perfect for Levy.
TBR Rating: 8/10.
Robert Skov – Copenhagen
Tottenham are seriously interested in the FC Copenhagen winger, who is still only 22 years of age. But they face competition from West Ham, Watford and Wolves.
He has netted a whopping 27 goals in all competitions this season, and is said to be available for just £5million. Of the teams interested, Spurs are the most tantalising and his fee is pocket change.
