Likelihood of five recently-linked players moving to Newcastle

Newcastle have been linked with plenty of names of late. Here are five recently-linked players rated out of 10 on the likelihood that they could be on their way to the north east sooner rather than later.
David Brooks – AFC Bournemouth
Somewhat of a left-field suggesting, Wales international and Bournemouth wonderkid Brooks has reportedly cropped on Newcastle’s radar –
Brooks, 21, has shone for Bournemouth since joining Sheffield United last summer. But the chances of Newcastle landing him are almost zero. . He has a £50million price tag.

for Newcastle being linked with Burnley wonderkid McNeil. The 19-year-old ace has burst onto the scene and would be a top signing for the Toon.
But he is not short of admirers. Indeed, the outlet claims Everton, Arsenal and Manchester City are all keeping tabs on the teenager. But he would be a regular at Newcastle, unlike the others and that may put the Toon in pole.

Newcastle desperately need a midfielder with Isaac Hayden, Mo Diame and Jonjo Shelvey’s futures at St. James’ Park all in doubt. However, Bayer Leverkusen and Stuttgart are also keen.

In the eyes of Newcastle fans, this is the club’s most important potential transfer of the summer. It is widely believed that the on-loan Newcastle talisman has a release clause in his West Brom contract worth £16million.
Not only has his goals and assist proved crucial this season, of which he has scored 10 and created five. It is his ability to hold the ball up and bring others into play. An absolute must buy, and even Ashley would be stupid not too.
