‘Like a new player under Ange’: Some Celtic fans amazed by their star who’s rediscovered his mojo

Celtic’s mini resurgence this season continued by beating Czech opposition FK Jablonec last night – and some Hoops fans on Twitter were delighted with the performance of their star Tom Rogic.

Ange Postecoglou’s side recorded a convincing home win to get past the third qualifying round of the Europa League.

It’s been a rocky start for the Australian coach to life as Celtic manager, but three conservative victories is lifting the mood around Parkhead.

They’ve overcame FK Jablonec by a 7-2 aggregate scoreline in Europe and now turn attention to a Scottish League Cup fixture this Sunday against Hearts, who have already beaten them in the league this season.

Tom Rogic has the talent to be key Celtic figure this season

A selection of Celtic supporters on social media believe Rogic is starting to look back to his old self.

The attacking midfielder started during Thursday night’s victory in Europe and has played a role in every game so far this season.

It looks like the 28-year-old is back in favour with fellow countryman Postecoglou, so it’s a chance for him to get back on track after an underwhelming campaign last year.

The left-footed playmaker has proven over several years in a Celtic shirt his ability. He showcased some of that yesterday by showing some flashy touches and moments on the ball.

He now appears to have confidence from a manager in Postecoglou that believes in him.

Here are some Hoops fans discussing Rogic:
