Leeds remain in talks to sign Roland Sallai
It was reported earlier this week that a deal to sign Freiburg attacker Roland Sallai was unlikely.
However, according to journalist Sacha Tavolieri, Leeds are still in talks with Freiburg as they work towards an agreement for the Hungary international.
Sallai is thought to be keen on a move to Elland Road so if the two clubs can strike an agreement, personal terms aren’t anticipated to be an issue.
The 27-year-old, who has been compared to Jadon Sancho per the , has a valuation of around £7.5m.
Roland Sallai profile
Sallai is an extremely versatile forward having operated off both flanks, as a number 10 and up top for the Bundesliga outfit last term.
The Hungarian netted eight times whilst laying on four assists across all competitions, including four goals in the Europa League.
Should he make the switch to Leeds, it’d be regarded as a real coup for the promotion hopefuls.
