Leeds United now set for £11m FFP boost after official announcement
Leeds United have pocketed almost £75m from player sales already this summer, but a new windfall is set to fund more fresh additions to their squad too.
Daniel Farke is looking to bolster his squad which, after finishing 3rd, failed to win promotion via the play-offs in 2023-24.
Joe Rodon, Jayden Bogle and Alex Cairns have all signed on permanent deals, while Jor Rothwell has joined on loan from Bournemouth.

Thankfully, any lingering anxieties around their FFP status for the 2023-24 financial year meanwhile have been resolved with the sales of Archie Gray and Luis Sinisterra.
And with the investment of Red Bull plus rejuvenated plans to expand Elland Road, there are plenty of reasons for Leeds fans to be optimistic going into 2024-25.
In the latest Leeds news, the club have received another update that will boost their finances further going into the new season.

Leeds to cash in from new EFL deal
The new EFL domestic broadcast deal with Sky Sport was met with a mixed response when it was announced earlier this year.
The arrangement, which is worth £935m over three years, will see Sky broadcast over 1,000 live EFL matches but largely comes at the expense of ‘traditional’ kick-off times.
In what is being marketed as an effort to soften that blow and allow match-going fans to prepare for fixtures well in advance, the has now announced its full list of broadcast games until January.
West Brom are the only Championship side who will have more televised games than Leeds during that period.
The West Yorkshire side are set to 13 matches aired by Sky until just after the turn of the year.
Leeds earned £8.7m in TV revenue when they were last in the Championship in 2019-20, but that figure will have risen again last season and again in 2024-25.
According to analysis by football finance analyst and Fair Game adviser Chris Weatherspoon relayed via , Championship clubs will receive around £2m in extra TV cash this coming season.
That would take Leeds’ media income to just shy of £11m at a conservative estimate.
In reality, the final figure will likely be higher given that Leeds will be entitled to a sizeable chunk in facility fees, which are fees paid every time they are on TV..
TBR Analysis: With Leeds looking to sign Fode Ballo-Toure, how will the new EFL TV deal help them financially?
Leeds are in the running to sign AC Milan left-back Fode Ballo-Toure.
The 27-year-old, who spend last season with Fulham on loan, has been forced to miss Milan’s pre-season tour of the US, prompting speculation that talks to bring him to Elland Road have advanced.
And while a new EFL TV deal will not necessarily give Leeds an advantage over other Championship clubs in the transfer market, it will help them reinforce their edge over overseas clubs.

It is possible that Leeds, who are already the biggest matchday and commercial income earners in the division, will also set a new record for media income for a Championship side next season.
The club’s money men will have budgeted with this in mind, which may help with the pursuit of Fode Ballo-Toure and more
