Leeds should join the hunt for playmaker Kieran Dowell
Leeds United need to try find a successor to Samuel Saiz for the second half of the season, as the creative midfielder’s loan exit to Getafe for January has already been confirmed.
The Whites could do with an extra playmaker in the centre of the park that can help unlock defences and help them retain their spot at the top of the Championship.
One man that should crop up on the radar of the Yorkshire giants is Everton’s Kieran Dowell.
, Rangers are considering a loan bid to try sign the Everton midfielder in January.
The 21-year-old has made just two senior appearances this season at Goodison Park and struggled to force his way into Marco Silva’s team.
But Leeds should be all over a potential swoop for him and look to hijack Rangers’ interest.

Dowell is a highly-rated attacking midfielder that could be a great fit at Elland Road and help fill the void left by Saiz.
The England Under-21 international may have struggled for minutes at Everton this term, but proved his value out on loan in the Championship last season.
He was one of the standout players for Nottingham Forest, scoring 10 goals and supplying five assists in 43 games across all competitions.
Dowell is brilliant goalscoring threat from midfield and has the vision to help make a difference in the final third, something that Saiz became well recognised for.
