Leeds should go all in to sign ‘unplayable’ playmaker who’s already agreed to join after Ao Tanaka deal
Leeds United are on the verge of completing a deal to sign Fortuna Dusseldorf midfielder Ao Tanaka and aren’t finished with their business just yet.
Tanaka is set to fly to England to undergo a medical ahead of a £3.4m move and there’s belief another could follow him through the door.
It’s understood Leeds are targeting a creative midfielder ahead of Friday’s deadline and that’d be the perfect ending to what has been a largely challenging window.

Leeds should go all out to sign Gustavo Hamer
Leeds United are in desperate need of a creative midfielder after Georginio Rutter departed for Brighton and Hove Albion earlier this month.
Hamer has been identified as a prime target and has reportedly already agreed personal terms with The Whites.
With deadline day now hours away, Leeds should lodge a second bid with The Blades open to doing a deal for around £20m.
Having raised £136m in player sales, they clearly have the budget to sign Hamer, so it’s certainly worth going back in for him.

After losing many of their key assets this summer, Leeds have been up against it to find adequate replacements.
Manor Solomon and Largie Ramazani have certainly been welcome additions and now it’s just the number 10 role which is still void of creativity.
Hamer’s potential arrival would certainly fill that void and in fact, he could actually be a ticket out of the Championship.
