Leeds predicted lineup vs Barnsley: Sinisterra makes full debut
Leeds United host Barnsley in the second round of the Carabao Cup on Wednesday, and here is our predicted lineup for the game.
The Whites may welcome a cup tie after their amazing performance at the weekend. But the clash presents Jesse Marsch with a selection dilemma.

You would imagine that he will make a number of changes. But he will also be wary of squandering some of the momentum that has been built over the first three Premier League games of the season.
There are some players who will surely start at Elland Road. Adam Forshaw, Mateusz Klich, Luis Sinisterra and Joe Gelhardt seem to be obvious picks for the game.

In fact, the other five players on the bench against Chelsea on Sunday may also feature.
That means Kristoffer Klaesson comes in for Illan Meslier. Meanwhile, Cody Drameh and Leo Hjelde could start at full-back in place of Rasmus Kristensen and Robin Koch. Pascal Struijk would then potentially move into the middle, with Hjelde going to the left-hand side.
Forshaw and Sam Greenwood started the recent under-21 clash with Norwich in midfield, with Klich ahead of the pair. And it may be exactly the same against the Tykes.

Crysensio Summerville should also get the chance, with Gelhardt leading the line.
The most significant decision could be the full debut of Sinisterra. Leeds paid for the Colombian. But injury on the club’s pre-season tour scuppered his hopes of starting the season in Marsch’s side.
He has come off the bench a couple of times. But Wednesday’s game should present Sinisterra with an ideal chance to show a lot more of what he can do.
With that in mind, here is the predicted Leeds lineup in full…
