Leeds fans want Crysencio Summerville to start against Liverpool

A number of Leeds United fans have taken to Twitter to react to the news that Crysencio Summerville was left out of the Whites’ last under-23 game – ahead of Sunday’s clash with Liverpool.

The Reds would need to make more changes. But Leeds would lose their best attacking player if Raphinha was banned from facing the Reds.

James has probably not even trained with his new teammates yet. He signed at the start of the international break. And he has been away with Wales since.

It could well be that James gets the nod. He is hardly rusty having featured for Manchester United and his country this season.

For many, it is a sign that he will be in the squad this weekend. And plenty are hoping that the 19-year-old starts ahead of James against the Reds.

With that in mind, here is what some of the fans made of Summerville’s omission on Wednesday, as well as his chances of starting on Sunday…
