Leeds fans urge Marcelo Bielsa to recall one player against West Ham
Marcelo Bielsa is set to welcome back both Kalvin Phillips and Rodrigo to his Leeds United side as the Whites take on West Ham United on Monday night at the London Stadium – but Leeds fans want their Argentine gaffer to make another alteration.
Phillips, 24, is expected to start – He claims on The Athletic’s Q&A website that Phillips should be in the starting line-up, while Rodrigo will also be available and Gaetano Berardi has also travelled down south, via the train.
England international Phillips could replace Pascal Struijk, who has been used a lot more regularly than many could have predicted – benefitting from injuries to Robin Koch, Diego Llorente and Phillips. He played as the anchor last time out.
So, Phillips is likely to come in for Struijk – while Rodrigo could replace either Tyler Roberts or Mateusz Klich, if Bielsa deems the Spain international ready to go from the off. He has been absent for six matches, but did play for the 23’s last Friday.
But Leeds fans want another change. Helder Costa has impressed from the bench and started against Villa over Jack Harrison, but the Portuguese man failed to impress during the 1-0 win. Leeds supporters want £15,000-a-week () Harrison to start.

Harrison back in, Costa on bench. Roberta will start but if Rodrigo comes on it will mean almost a full Eleven (Koch / Klich excepted)

Personally think it should be Harrison on left and Raph on right. Playing Raph out of position to accommodate Costa at times.

Wouldn’t play raph on left to accommodate Costa of all people – Harrison on left raph on right all day. Harrison works so much harder than Costa and we’ll need that tonight imo.

That’s our strongest team on paper definitely currently, we just need Klich and Harrison to turn up tonight
